Our Heritage
Suresh Timbers founded in 1983 by the late Mr. K. Ganeshan started as “Shri Suresh Timbers & Saw Mill” in Elumalai, Madurai District, Tamil Nadu. Over the years, it has grown to become one of the region’s most trusted timber brands. Initially focused on small-scale timber trading and sawmill operations, Mr. Ganeshan’s dedication and hard work earned the company the goodwill and trust of its customers. From 1983 to 1993, the business was managed and supported by Mr. K. G. Ravichandran and K.G. Murali, elder brother of the current Managing Director, Mr. G. Suresh Kannan.
Under Mr. G. Suresh Kannan’s leadership, Suresh Timbers has expanded significantly, becoming a leading teak timber trading company in Tamil Nadu. We import premium quality teak wood from countries like Benin, Sudan, Colombia, Panama, Brazil, Ghana, and Cameroon to create doors, windows, frames, and furniture.
Interio Square was founded by Mr. S. Sibi Narendran, son of Mr. G. Suresh Kannan, as a new venture focusing on innovative interior solutions. After returning from college, Mr. S. Sibi Narendran embarked on this project to leverage the family’s extensive experience in timber to meet modern interior design needs. We ensure highly stadardised and customized interior solutions by using premium quality materials.
